Shopping & Festivals

Hit the Park City shops when the time comes (if ever) to take a break from all there is to do Park City, Utah. We're talking shopping for everything from handmade furniture, books and sportswear to art collectibles and Western antiques. Historic Main Street is lined with quaint shops and galleries. These is the Park Silly Sunday Market that runs from early June to the last Sunday in September and wonderful festivals such as the Kimble Arts Festival, always the first weekend in August.

Horseback Riding

One of the best ways to enjoy Park City's beautiful mountain vistas is from the seat of a saddle. Horses stabled by Park City guides are kind, responsive and emotional creatures. Plus, they love to go out on the mountain trails having made the journey countless times. Even if you have limited horseback riding experience, you can find a stable and tour that will allow you to get the most out of Park City’s spectacular terrain.

Fly Fishing

We all know that Park City has the greatest snow on earth, but the town isn’t just for skiers. When the snow melts it needs to go somewhere. By May, all that powder becomes some of the most beautiful and pristine rivers in the Wasatch Range. Flies and larva begin to hatch, and fly-fishing season is in full swing in Park City.
